When we look at the latest polls from the critical states, it can be seen that Biden has 49% of the vote against Trump’s 45%. Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin are among these critical states.

According to USA Today and the opinion poll of Suffolk University, 47% of the public believe that Trump will outperform Biden in the debates, while 41% think Biden will come out as the winner.

In addition to this, 79% of Democrats think Biden will come out better from the debates, while 87% of Republicans believe it will be Trump.

Earlier, President Trump had suggested that the 77-year-old Biden was ‘mentally closed’ and that he would not communicate with the world leaders like himself. Trump, who suggested that Biden take a cognitive test before the debate, claimed that he has taken one himself and that the results were very positive.

Last month, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said that Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden shouldn’t debate President Donald Trump, claiming that his Republican rival in the 2020 election would “belittle” what the presidential debates should be about. “I don’t think that there should be any debates. I do not think that the President of the United States has comported himself in a way that has any association with truth, evidence, data, and facts,” Pelosi said.
